BEFORE YOU GO
Good questions.
Clear answers.
Plan your Nassau moment with the details that matter. Some operating requirements are being finalized before online booking opens.
What is included?
Both packages include clear boat sightseeing and Mansa Bay private beach club access: swimming pigs, reef snorkeling, beach time with a lounge chair and umbrella, lunch, drinks and snacks, snorkel gear, and life vests. The four-hour Island Escape also includes extended island relaxation, kayaking, island games, and other available island activities.
Where do we meet?
Meet at Elizabeth on Bay Plaza Dock in Nassau, approximately a five-minute walk from the Nassau cruise port. Walking time may vary. A verified map pin, dock entrance photo, and detailed walking instructions will be added before bookings open.
How early should we arrive?
We recommend arriving 30 minutes before departure: 8:00 AM for the 8:30 AM adventure, or 12:00 PM for a 12:30 PM departure. This recommendation is awaiting final operator confirmation; follow the final instructions in your booking confirmation.
What happens in bad weather?
The captain or tour team decides whether weather and sea conditions are safe. Under the proposed policy, an operator cancellation for unsafe conditions receives a full refund without a cancellation penalty; rescheduling may be offered if space is available. A forecast of rain alone does not mean the tour will be cancelled. The final policy will be confirmed before bookings open.
Can children and infants join?
Child rates apply to ages 6–12 years, and adult rates apply to ages 13 and older. Infants are planned to be free; infant age eligibility and final participation requirements are being confirmed. Infants must still be counted for safety. Review the confirmed requirements before booking for your group.
Can cruise passengers make the tour?
The dock is a short walk from the Nassau cruise port, but tour suitability depends on your ship’s arrival and all-aboard times. Compare your ship schedule with the full tour duration and allow time for check-in and your return to the ship. The morning adventure returns at 11:00 AM; afternoon packages return at 3:00 PM or 4:30 PM. No return-to-ship guarantee is being offered.
How do lunch choices work?
Lunch, drinks and snacks are included with Mansa Bay access in both packages. Choose your lunch when you arrive; no online meal pre-order is required. The final menu, portions, food availability, and dietary/allergen guidance will be confirmed before bookings open.
What should we bring?
Bring swimwear, a towel, sunscreen, and your booking confirmation. Details about personal belongings, storage, boarding, and accessibility will be provided with the final tour information.
Are transfers included?
Transport and hotel pickup arrangements have not been confirmed. Transfers are not advertised as part of either package. Plan to meet at the dock unless your final booking details say otherwise.
What are the cancellation rules?
The proposed guest policy is a full refund for cancellations at least 48 hours before departure, with no refund for cancellations made less than 48 hours before departure. Late-arrival, no-show, and rescheduling rules are awaiting approval. The final written policy will be shown before payment.
Are taxes and booking fees included in the displayed price?
The displayed amounts are base rates in USD. Taxes, booking fees, optional paid extras, and infant age eligibility are still being finalized. The full total and applicable guest categories will be shown before payment when booking opens.
Where is Mansa Bay?
Mansa Bay is a private beach club on Athol Island, The Bahamas, included in both Under the Blue packages. It is a destination during your excursion. Meet for departure at Elizabeth on Bay Plaza Dock in Nassau; the Mansa Bay map is not your check-in location.
What makes Under the Blue different?
Under the Blue brings clear boat sightseeing and Mansa Bay private beach club access together in two organized Nassau excursions. Both packages include swimming pigs, reef snorkeling, beach time, lunch, drinks and snacks, snorkel gear, and life vests. Choose the 2.5-hour Adventure or the 4-hour Island Escape to suit your day.
